In 2003 Jayson Silvera, the owner of DDR courier entered the courier industry as a driver. As a driver, he noticed that many drivers were mistreated and poorly trained. He also noticed that many courier companies did not have the right systems in place to adequately fulfill their customer’s administrative needs. Jayson then made it his goal to start a courier company that provided the best service and treated its drivers with respect. Jayson challenged himself to learn every aspect of the industry. He worked his way from the bottom up advancing from a driver to customer service rep, to office manager. Every step of the way he noticed some things that worked well and others that did not. Eventually, his vision of starting a professional courier company became a reality, and DDR Courier was born.

Mr. Silvera created systems and concepts to address many flaws within that he discovered within the industry. DDR Courier understands that happy drivers are good drivers. As a result, DDR treats its drivers with the respect that they deserve. This treatment results in drivers who approach their jobs with a sense of pride that is unmatched in the industry.
